THE MOTHER(S)LAND

Also known as BOLT headquarters, the Mother(s)land is a family-centered educational farm site for earth stewardship and ancestral permaculture skills.

Stewarded by Mia and Dre Raiah, their two children and many beloved community members, this 10 acre home site of forest and pasture holds bees, chickens, goats, ducks, herbs, flowers, and endless opportunities for nature-based healing and play.

KNIERIEM EXPANSION

An expansion of the Mothers Land at BOLT HQ.

Stewarded by Ibrahim and Alyson Sweet Mohammed, their two children and community. 25 acres of land dreaming to be greenhouses, livestock expansion, fruit trees, forest community gatherings and much more.

ASHÉ ESTATES

Ashé Estates is a budding family homestead and future retreat space on 9 acres in Corbett that houses community wellness ritual, residency, midwifery skills, and a budding community garden with produce, medicinal herbs and flowers. Stewarded by Carriese Broussard, Olivia Ashé, Qiddist Ashé and community members, the garden space provides respite, nourishment, and medicine skill building.

MUDBONE GROWN

Located on a 20-acre berry farm in Corbett, Mudbone Grown is a Black-owned small farming business providing blueberries, pumpkins, technical assistance to farmers and value added food products to community. Run by Arthur Shavers and Shantae Johnson, Mudbone is a community-led initiative that mentors other Black farmers and enhances community food security through their nonprofit arm, Feed’em Freedom Foundation.

INCUBATOR FARM

Our incubator farm is settled on 45 acres of land, a growing space designed to nurture emerging farmers. A hub for community members to co-create a resilient local food system that honors the living ecosystem we’re apart of. Building skills in crop planning, marketing and cooperative leadership.

Dry Farming & Culture Hub for Native Farmers (name TBD!)

BOLT has just acquired this 9.5 acres of farmland that will be stewarded and owned by Roberta Eaglehorse-Ortiz and community as a dry farming site for food, herbal medicines, cultural reclamation, salmon processing, youth camps and more. Stay tuned!
